Network and System Engineer

Designed and implemented technical architecture and physical design of various networks, utilizing expertise in emerging technologies such as VDI, Deep Packet Inspection, Network Function Virtualization, Network Access Control, Siem solutions, Network Monitoring solutions, and Software-Defined WAN.

Deployed Domain Controller and managed enterprise SSO, and had experience in deploying and managing VDI.

Conducted multiple POCs for different customers and collaborated with product and engineering teams to define and develop new product concepts.

Provided DevOps tasks, developed bids and proposals, implemented physical infrastructure and deployed data-center solutions.

Provided production network deployment, configuration, and support, and managed Firewalls and VPN tunnels.

Here are Some of the Projects I Have Been Involved In.

PKI Project: As a network professional, I deployed and tested every component of a Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) project for a government organization in Pakistan. This included setting up and configuring the necessary hardware and software, testing the implementation, and ensuring all components were functioning properly.

VMware Horizon8 VDI Project: I was responsible for the deployment of a Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) project for another government organization, starting from the bare-metal server and deploying all the way to the completion of the project. This involved configuring and setting up the necessary hardware and software, installing and configuring the virtualization software, and deploying the virtual desktops.

SD-WAN: I completed multiple Proof of Concept (POC) projects for various organizations, including Pakistan Nadra. The focus of these projects was Software-Defined Wide Area Networking (SD-WAN), which involved testing and validating the capabilities of various SD-WAN solutions. I collaborated with the technical teams of these organizations to ensure that the POCs were completed successfully.

Etisalat Network Infrastructure Project: I worked on a network infrastructure project for Etisalat in Afghanistan. This involved deploying and configuring various network devices and services, including routers, switches, and firewalls, as well as setting up and configuring network security and monitoring tools to ensure that the network was secure and functioning properly.
